    Loved its very helpful and exceptionally attentive staff.

    Everything was very good, so were worth every penny views of the beach. The location in a very friendly area was perfect and magnificent and there were a shopping mall and local markets nearby. Luckily it was close to Kokos, had pastries there when it was hot outside...

    the hotel was relaxing and luxury, and the staff were exceptionally kind, really enjoyed the stunning location not far from the beach and the shopping places and the restaurants areas and the shopping areas and the main shopping strip. booked a room with wonderful views of the ocean. the breakfast was generous and varied, featured plenty of meals. the services were special, offered us fast free wi-fi.

    The beach view from my beautiful king room garden view was fine, enabling perfect sunset viewing every evening. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies.

    The breakfast offers a very wide and international selection and is excellent and absolutely top!

    At the daily evening buffet the prices for hotel guests could be cheaper.

    The ocean view room was a highlight, providing beautiful sunsets, but the noise from the street made it tough to sleep at times. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed the BBQ dinner for its value and quality. While the pools were a bit crowded, the infinity pool was a nice spot for relaxation.

    Very comfortable bed and bathroom with shower, bath and utensils including valid hair dryer. The breakfast is very complete, varied, good and appetizing. Although the juices do not match the quality of the hotel. Large beach with fine sand, ideal for walking and surf lessons, right in front of the hotel. Very nice staff.

    The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach just across the road. Our kids loved splashing around in the designated children's pool, while we enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the infinity pool at sunset. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

    My kids wished for a more kid-friendly dining option.

    WeI stayed at Pullman Hotel for 5 nights. We have been to Bali at least 6 times and have stayed at many hotels over the years in Kuta and Legian. Pullman has been by far, the best place in these two areas. The hotel is brand new and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the surrounds, pools and proximity of the hotel to a very clean beach across the road from the hotel. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and extras such as daily bottles of water in the room and toiletries were fantastic! I would certainly return to this hotel when next in Bali and will be recommending it to friends and family. Maria and Roy Nov 2011.
